From visibility to action.

The Evologics Sales Dashboard began with a need to understand sales activity more clearly. As we developed it, the work exposed inefficiencies in how representatives placed orders.

That insight led to a second application: a tool for the representatives doing the selling. Together, the projects connect a clearer view of the business with the workflows that shape its results.

Give the numbers a useful context.

The dashboard uses data received from NetSuite every night to give the team a current view of sales activity. It brings information from the inventory and billing system into a visual experience built for reviewing the business.

Theresa uses that visibility alongside the email and LinkedIn campaigns she runs, watching how sales activity correlates with outreach. The nightly refresh supports an ongoing view of those patterns.

The value extends beyond reporting. Developing the dashboard brought questions about the sales process into focus, including how orders were being placed and where the workflow needed attention.

See the friction.
Build a better way.

Address the work behind the numbers.

We began developing the rep application to address the ordering inefficiencies revealed during the dashboard work. As the project progressed, the scope expanded beyond placing an order.

The application was developed to support multiple representatives serving a single facility and to put guardrails around minimum pricing. Those requirements reflect how the sales team needs to work in practice.

The aim is to help representatives handle orders more effectively while supporting the business outcomes the team observes through the dashboard.

Test with a few. Learn before expanding.

The rep application is now in testing with a small, selected group of representatives ahead of broader rollout.

This limited pilot gives the team an opportunity to evaluate ordering workflows, shared facility coverage and pricing guardrails in practice, and refine the application before expanding access.

The dashboard is already providing sales visibility. The rep application is the next step being tested; its intended operational improvements are still being evaluated.

Let what you learn shape what you build.

The relationship between these projects is a working process: review sales activity, identify friction, develop a response and evaluate what changes.

The dashboard helped reveal where the business needed a better workflow. The rep application is being developed and tested in response to that understanding. Both are part of our ongoing work with Evologics.
