Project inquiries

The form asks for your name, email and project description. Company, project stage, services, investment, timing and additional details are optional.

Netlify collects and stores submitted inquiries and sends email notifications to theresa@effitt.com. We use your answers to respond to your request and discuss your project. Contact theresa@effitt.com with questions about your information or to request deletion.

On this device

Form entries remain in the open page so you can correct an error or retry. The site does not intentionally store inquiry text in browser local storage. Refreshing or closing the page may clear your answers.

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, referral sources and successful project inquiries. We do not send your form answers, name or email address to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can decline optional Analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. We save that choice in browser local storage. The site has no advertising trackers or newsletter signup. Fonts and images are served by this site. Netlify hosts this site and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and secure the service.

What to share

Please do not enter medical records, payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.
