Evologics

One company. A lot of moving parts. An ongoing partnership across brand, education, digital experiences and sales software.

An established business.
A stronger presence.

Our relationship with Evologics began in December 2017. The company already had an established presence in biologics sales. The initial brief was to create its digital presence and give the brand a stronger presence in the market.

Rebranding and rebuilding the marketing side began immediately. What started with the way the company presented itself grew into a much broader involvement in the way it communicated, educated and supported its sales team.

The conversation needed more than a brochure.

Early on, we recognized that much of the product sales process depended on education—for the sales team as well as prospective clients.

We created printed and electronic materials and implemented a regular webinar strategy. Working with Evologics staff, we developed topics and refined presentations using material contributed by the sales team and physicians in the field.

Theresa became a point person for information, serving both Evologics staff and medical practitioners. Questions regularly covered product information, research, specialty applications, purchasing and reimbursement.

Our involvement grew beyond producing materials into helping people find and understand the information they needed.

Our EvoPatch work includes developing white papers, case studies and manuscripts for peer review. A Baylor University study examining adhesion reduction in surgical cases involving EvoPatch amnion is in the publishing phase.

Theresa serves as the company liaison for FDA and AATB meetings and sits on the AATB Birth Tissue Council. Her role extends the relationship into scientific communication and ongoing participation in industry and regulatory discussions.

Learn the business.
Build what it needs.

The next brief often came from understanding the work already in front of us.

One brand.
Different conversations.

The corporate website introduces the company and its portfolio. Product and specialty microsites give individual conversations more room, with focused information for the people using them.

Our digital work spans Evologics, EvoPatch and A-MATRX, alongside specialty experiences for colorectal surgery, gynecology, urology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

That work extends into catalogs, specialty brochures, presentation materials, trade-show graphics and packaging design. The Living Precision print system establishes shared rules for typography, color, imagery and product presentation.

A product description may appear on a website, in a brochure and inside a proposal. Each setting has a different job. The information still needs to make sense across all of them.

The first tool came from the work itself.

Theresa had been preparing sales proposals by hand. When tools became available to automate parts of that process, we built the proposal generator—the first of the custom sales applications.

Working through the information behind each proposal—sales statistics, inventory, pricing and commission guardrails—revealed needs that extended beyond proposal creation. That work exposed the need for the other applications.

Automating one task helped reveal what else the team needed.

Proposals

The first custom tool grew out of Theresa’s manual proposal work. Catalog selection, pricing options and supporting materials became parts of a structured proposal workflow.

02

Sales visibility

Visual dashboards bring NetSuite sales data into reporting views, filters and a geographic map. Nightly updates give the team a daily view of sales activity.

03

Field tools

The sales rep application brings facility selection, product search and order preparation into a responsive workspace. Its rep-facing catalog reuses product information while excluding internal cost fields.

NETSUITE DATA / DAILY SALES VISIBILITY

Seeing the activity.
Following the results.

Much of the software development coincided with Evologics’ move to NetSuite for inventory and billing. Our dashboards made that sales data easier to explore.

With data refreshed every night, Theresa can follow sales trends alongside the email and LinkedIn campaigns she runs, seeing how outreach correlates with changes in sales.

That gives the marketing work a practical feedback loop, bringing campaign activity and business performance into the same conversation.

From a digital presence to the work behind it.

Evologics brings together the breadth of our work: brand and marketing, education, websites, packaging and custom software. The relationship has grown as we’ve learned more about the products, the people and the decisions behind them.

That shared understanding carries into the next thing we build.
