Some questions are bigger than one company.

Our work with clients in the birth-tissue field made the need for an advocacy partner clear. Alongside individual products and businesses were shared questions about education, donor stewardship, public understanding and patient access.

Those questions needed sustained attention and a place for discussion across the field. The American Amnion Association gave that work an organizational focus.

We helped build the association and its public presence, connecting its advocacy purpose with an identity, website and channels for continuing education.

Give the shared concerns a voice.

The association’s mission centers on responsible education, donor trust and the use of donated birth tissue in medicine. Its audience extends across clinicians, tissue organizations, donors and the public.

For our clients, the value of an advocacy partner is the opportunity to participate in that wider conversation: how the field explains its work, supports informed discussion and considers the people affected by it.

The association needed a voice grounded in its own mission, with room for scientific questions, professional perspectives and public understanding.

Education. Advocacy.
An ongoing conversation.

Build the foundation for the work.

Our scope began with organizational foundations, including work on 501(c)(3) formation, and extended into branding and digital presence.

We created the association’s identity and developed its website as a home for its purpose and communications. The brand gave the organization a recognizable presence across its educational and media work.

The website and identity serve the same purpose: help people understand what the association stands for and where they can engage with its work.

Make room for people to explain.

We created a podcast platform and social media presence to give the association an ongoing voice. The podcast provides space for longer conversations with people working in and around the field.

That format allows a subject to unfold through questions, explanations and different professional perspectives. Social content creates additional ways to introduce topics and bring people into the conversation.

Together, the website, podcast and social channels give the association several ways to carry its educational purpose forward.

Connect the client work to the wider field.

This project grew from recognizing a need shared by several of our clients. Building an advocacy partner meant considering the organization itself as well as the materials it would publish.

Our work brought organizational development, brand strategy, web design and media together around education and advocacy. It created a platform for discussing issues that extend across individual companies.

The continuing purpose is to make those conversations more accessible, keep donor stewardship in view and support informed participation in the field.
