A new product.
A new conversation.

The internal Evologics team developed the product. We named it A-MATRX and built the strategy, identity and education around its introduction.

The positioning challenge was to introduce a human placental tissue product to a market accustomed to bovine collagen powders. Our work centered on making the distinction understandable, while opening new conversations alongside Evologics’ existing EvoPatch line.

Our scope covered naming, launch strategy, product positioning and sales education, along with the logo, all packaging, a dedicated website and printed materials.

Give the product
a name. And a presence.

We created the A-MATRX name and logo, giving the product a distinct identity within the Evologics portfolio.

The angular green mark, distinctive wordmark and restrained palette carry across the packaging, website and communications. The product has its own visual presence, with a recognizable connection to the company behind it.

We designed all of the packaging, carrying that identity into the physical product experience. What someone encounters online or in a brochure connects with the package in front of them.

Make the difference
understandable.

A recognizable identity gets the conversation started. Clear information helps it go somewhere.

The same story.
Different settings.

The dedicated website gives the product explanation room to unfold: an overview, format distinctions, product attributes, configurations and frequently asked questions.

Printed materials carry the story into sales meetings and other face-to-face settings. Brochures combine product imagery with a structured explanation; presentation and sales materials support more specific conversations.

Each piece uses a recognizable visual language. The depth and organization of information change according to the audience and the job the material needs to do.

Equip the person
having the conversation.

Introducing the product meant helping representatives explain it. We developed sales battlecards that move beyond feature lists into discovery questions, category distinctions, responses to common objections and evidence context.

A central positioning decision was to separate material identity from handling format. The guides help representatives understand what someone values about an existing product before explaining how A-MATRX differs.

They also identify claims representatives should avoid. The goal is a better-informed conversation, with a clear explanation of the product and the boundaries of the evidence.

01

Recognize the category

Help representatives distinguish material source from handling format before moving into a product comparison.

02

Ask better questions

Structure discovery around what a practitioner values about an existing product and the questions they need answered.

03

Explain the differences

Organize comparison points, common objections and evidence context, with clear limits on the claims representatives should make.

A complete identity.
A shared explanation.

The work brought naming, positioning, identity, packaging, web, print and sales education into one product introduction.

Each touchpoint has a different role. Together, they give the product a consistent presence and the team a common foundation for explaining it.
